We are proud to be an Arjo Certified Installer who is able to design, install and maintain customized ceiling lifts.
The process to design and install a new system can take a few weeks and involves the following steps:
Initial Meeting
During our initial meeting, we will take into consideration various aspects that are pertinent to a successful installation. This includes an evaluation of individual needs and preferences, assessment of equipment options, exploration of installation alternatives, creation of a preliminary design for the track layout, and an examination of the attic area with a specific focus on the accessibility of the region above the proposed installation. Submission
Once the initial design is complete, we will submit an assessment to Arjo for approval.
Second Meeting
The purpose of the second meeting is to present the “approved” Arjo installation drawings and the corresponding price quote. If the proposal is accepted, we will proceed to schedule the installation date and collect a deposit.
Place Order
Once the order is approved, the equipment is ordered from Arjo. Delivery generally takes about 2 weeks.
Ceiling Lift Installation
Once the equipment arrives, we install your equipment. We complete a structural weight test and we train you on use of equipment.
Follow Up
Even after installation, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied. We provide a one week follow up visit where we perform additional training, inspect the system and answer any additional questions.
